Architectural Coordinator

Located: Las Vegas, NV

$85k-$105k base salary

We are seeking an Architectural Coordinator to support our QA/QC team and multiple residential/hospitality projects. This role focuses on consultant coordination, construction administration, design quality, and ensuring drawings and specifications are accurate and coordinated throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

\n
• Coordinate consultant time, contracts, fees, drawings, and deliverables across multiple projects.
\n
• Support Construction Administration, including RFIs, submittals, field bulletins, and design compliance.
\n
• Assist with BIM/model coordination and clash detection across architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
\n
• Review consultant drawings for consistency, discrepancies, and design gaps.
\n
• Participate in constructability reviews and milestone field visits.
\n
• Identify recurring design issues and help implement solutions to reduce rework, delays, and construction costs.
\n
• Support AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other drawing/document production.
\n
• Assist Project Design Managers and Job Captains with code compliance and constructability throughout design and construction.
\n
• Collaborate with design, engineering, estimating, purchasing, project management, contractors, and other teams.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 3+ years of residential or hospitality architectural experience within an architecture, homebuilding, or construction environment.
\n
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture preferred.
\n
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, OR Bluebeam.
\n
• Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, building codes, and constructability.
\n
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to independently manage assignments and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
\n
• Strong design, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
\n
