Architectural Designer

Location: Coral Springs, FL | Onsite

Our client, a growing residential architecture firm, seeks an Architectural Designer to join their team onsite in Coral Springs, FL.

A Day in the Life of an Architectural Designer

You'll juggle 1–3 projects at a time, moving between conceptual design, construction documents, and coordination with consultants, clients, and AHJs. As you grow into the role, you'll take on increasing ownership of full projects, design, coordination, client communication, and delivery, helping the firm deliver thoughtful, well-built spaces for its clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously across different phases, from concept through construction
\n
• Producing construction documents and coordinating with consultants, clients, and AHJs
\n
• Conducting site visits, taking measurements, and performing code research
\n
• Communicating clearly with clients and internal team members to keep projects on track
\n
• Taking increasing ownership of full project lifecycles as you grow in the role
\n

Requirements and Qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Master's Degree is a plus
\n
• 3+ years of experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio of projects
\n
• Proficiency in Revit
\n
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
\n
• Ability to create both 2D and 3D architectural representations
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team
\n
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
\n
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality
\n
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude
\n
• Loyal, does this candidate have good tenure
\n
• Communication fluency both verbal and written
\n
