Owning a portfolio of enterprise customers, the full-time Customer Success Manager will act as a strategic partner to drive adoption, retention, and growth, while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding them from onboarding through renewal and aligning on goals and success measures Drive retention and expansion by assessing account health, managing risks, and identifying growth opportunities in collaboration with Sales and internal teams Lead structured customer conversations that connect product capabilities to customer outcomes, utilizing data to inform decisions and recommendations Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or customer-facing consulting within B2B software, particularly with enterprise clients Proven relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and navigate complex organizations Experience in managing renewals and expansions in a recurring revenue model, including forecasting and risk assessment Ability to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights for both customers and internal stakeholders Strong communication skills, capable of leading meetings and aligning cross-functional teams in a remote environment
