Director of Talent Acquisition

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition with at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role. This is Temp to Perm opportunity within the nonprofit industry, located in Manhattan, NY.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives and workforce planning needs.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and talent acquisition professionals.
Partner with executive leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
Establish and monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, candidate pipeline health, offer acceptance rates, and hiring manager satisfaction.
Design and optimize recruiting processes to improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and candidate experience.
Drive sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, employee referrals, and talent communities.
Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
Oversee executive and hard-to-fill searches while supporting succession planning and strategic workforce initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring objectives.
Partner with Human Resources leadership on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
Manage relationships with external search firms, staffing agencies, and recruitment technology vendors.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies

Qualifications:

5-7 years of Director level HR or Recruitment experience

Work Site: On Site

Employment Type: Temp to Perm

Salary: $60-70/hr - 35hr work week
