We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and travel purposes.

Position Details

We are currently looking for a freelance Icelandic Teacher for one of our clients in Denver, United States.

Session length : two-hours

Student Level : Beginner
Student Age Group : A: 17 and under
Student's Schedule : twice per week, (Monday and Wednesday on 5 pm)
Student's Preferred Start Date : 2026-09-16
Student's Motivation : I need to reach A1 or higher language proficiency to study Icelandic at a college in Iceland next fall. With the longer term goal being to attend university in Iceland a year after that.

Ideal Candidate

Be a native Icelandic speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
Have a valid work permit/visa
Live within 20 miles of the specified location

Conditions

Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
Freelance position, with part-time hours
We are not able to sponsor visas
