Entry-Level Cell Phone & Internet Sales Representative

We’re looking for an Entry-Level Cell Phone & Internet Sales Representative to join our retail team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get started in sales, develop valuable communication skills, and build a career in the wireless and telecommunications industry.

No extensive sales experience is required. We’re looking for people who are motivated, personable, coachable, and ready to learn .

In this role, you'll work directly with customers in a retail environment, helping them choose wireless devices, plans, accessories, and internet services that fit their needs.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Learn about each customer's needs and recommend the right cell phone, wireless plan, accessories, and internet solutions.
• Demonstrate phones, devices, features, and services to help customers make confident purchasing decisions.
• Explain product features, promotions, pricing, and available service options.
• Sell cell phones, wireless plans, accessories, and internet services .
• Build strong customer relationships and create a positive in-store experience.
• Follow up with customers and provide support before and after the sale.
• Process orders, contracts, and customer information accurately.
• Stay up to date on new devices, products, promotions, and service offerings.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Generate additional sales opportunities through customer conversations and referrals.
• Communicate customer feedback and sales activity to the team.

What We’re Looking For

No previous wireless sales experience? No problem. We’ll teach you the products and sales process.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends as needed.
