Proxy Legal Staffing & Search Group has partnered with a reputable Pittsburgh-area law firm to identify a Litigation Associate with 1–4 years of experience to join its growing practice north of the city. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity offering strong mentorship, hands-on litigation experience, and long-term growth potential.

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, and client meetings
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy
• Maintain organized case files and meet litigation deadlines

• 2–4 years of litigation experience preferred
• Pennsylvania Bar admission required
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with civil litigation matters preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused professional
