About the Role

\n

You will own day-to-day logistics for North America: our Southern California 3PL, inbound and outbound freight, customs, and inventory accuracy across all locations. This is a hands-on role reporting to our Global Operations & Supply Chain Director (Lyon, France), with one direct report, our Transportation and Logistics Manager.

What You'll Do

\n

3PL Management

\n

\n
• Own the 3PL relationship, SLA, and KPIs
\n
• Resolve PO, container, and OS&D issues quickly
\n
• Monitor wholesale, DTC, and international orders
\n
• Lead weekly and monthly 3PL business reviews
\n
• Audit 3PL invoices against contracted rates
\n
• Maintain logistics and fulfillment SOPs
\n

\n

Inventory Control

\n

\n
• Keep NetSuite in sync with all stock locations
\n
• Own quarterly physical counts and reconciliation
\n
• Manage cycle counts, adjustments, and transfers
\n

\n

Retail Compliance

\n

\n
• Meet retailer routing guide and EDI/ASN requirements
\n
• Dispute and prevent retailer chargebacks
\n
• Support new retailer integrations and testing
\n

\n

Transportation and Customs

\n

\n
• Supervise the Transportation and Logistics Manager
\n
• Manage ocean, air, LTL, and parcel freight
\n
• Coordinate with forwarders and our customs broker
\n
• Support duty and tariff matters with Finance
\n
• Negotiate and audit carrier and forwarder costs
\n
• Manage vendor drop shipments
\n

• Validate case packs, cartons, and weights with the 3PL
\n
• Support HS code and country of origin accuracy
\n

\n

\n

What You Bring

\n

\n
• 5+ years in logistics, 3PL, or warehouse operations management
\n
• Working knowledge of U.S. import and export customs
\n
• Experience with 3PL contracts and carrier negotiations
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n
• Clear communicator with international teams
\n
• Advanced Excel skills
\n

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
\n
• NetSuite, WMS, and EDI/ASN experience
\n
• Retail chargeback and routing guide experience
\n
• Action sports or consumer products background
\n

\n

Compensation

\n

\n
• Base salary: $85,000 to $110,000 per year
\n
• Final pay based on experience and skills
\n

Location and Schedule

\n

\n
• Four-day, 32-hour workweek
\n
• On-site in San Diego, Monday through Thursday
\n
• 8:00 AM Pacific start to overlap with our team in France
\n
• Travel approximately 10%, including 3PL visits
\n
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
\n
