  • Ensure an organized, welcoming reception area and efficient daily patient flow.

Clinical & Administrative Support

  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager and clinical team to maintain efficient workflows and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or patient-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable discussing intimate aesthetic and sexual wellness procedures in a professional, judgment-free manner.
  • Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and digital communication tools.
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
