Job Description

About the Bedsure

Bedsure is a cozy everyday lifestyle brand making soft, lasting bedding and home essentials for real life. Rooted in nearly five decades of textile expertise, we combine thoughtfully selected materials, practical design, and consistent quality to make everyday comfort easier to feel, trust, and live with. Our promise is simple: Get Cozy—comfort made for the way you really live.

About the Role

Bedsure is looking for a U.S.-based Social Content Creator & Video Producer to create content that feels natural to the way people in the U.S. live and use social media.

This is a hands-on, field-oriented role. You will turn social trends, everyday routines, product experiences, and real consumer stories into engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

One day, you might be filming a street interview. The next, you might be visiting a consumer’s home to capture an authentic product moment. Later, you could turn that insight into a TikTok, a product video, and several advertising hooks.

You will own the content process from idea to publish: finding the story, developing the concept, writing the hook, shooting, editing, publishing, and learning from the results.

Approximately 80% of the role will focus on social content production, with the remaining 20% supporting our Content Lab, Bedsure’s internal creative team responsible for developing and testing performance marketing assets.

What You’ll Do

1. Create U.S.-Native Social Content

  • Develop, shoot, edit, and publish short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Own the full content process, including trend research, ideation, scripting, shot planning, shooting, editing, captions, hooks, and publishing.
  • Produce approximately three short-form social videos per week, currently planned as two Instagram videos and one TikTok video.
  • Create content around real U.S. lifestyles, home routines, consumer behaviors, and product use cases.
  • Experiment with product demonstrations, lifestyle videos, street interviews, user stories, creator-style content, trend-led formats, and talking-head videos.
  • Some content may be repurposed across platforms and formats.

2. Track U.S. Social Trends and Cultural Moments

  • Monitor U.S. social media trends, platform formats, creator behavior, cultural conversations, and emerging content styles.
  • Share approximately three trend observations or trend-led content ideas per week.
  • Understand why a format works and determine whether it is relevant for Bedsure.
  • Translate trends and consumer insights into practical, brand-appropriate content concepts.
  • Stay current on platform best practices, content policies, copyright considerations, and organic distribution mechanics.

3. Create Field-Based and User-Centered Content

  • Participate in street interviews, local events, brand collaborations, creator activations, and other on-location production opportunities.
  • Conduct user interviews, including occasional in-home interviews, to understand how consumers actually use and experience our products.
  • Build natural rapport with consumers and capture authentic voices, opinions, and everyday moments.
  • Identify local stories, people, and environments that can become engaging brand content.
  • Follow appropriate consent, privacy, safety, and expense-reimbursement protocols for all field production and in-home visits.
  • Repurpose field content across social, DTC, campaigns, and other brand touchpoints.

4. Support Content Lab Creative Production

  • Create localized product footage for Listing videos, paid social assets, and performance creative testing.
  • Produce realistic U.S. home and lifestyle scenarios that demonstrate product benefits naturally.
  • Write localized advertising hooks, opening lines, and short-form creative concepts.
  • Produce product talking-head or voiceover videos when appropriate.
  • At a typical cadence, support the production of approximately six raw footage clips across two product Listings and three advertising hooks per week.
  • Collaborate with the Content Lab to understand how creative assets perform and how they can be improved.

5. Learn, Test, and Improve

  • Track organic views, engagement, watch time, comments, saves, shares, and other relevant social metrics.
  • Work with the performance marketing team to review creative test results, asset adoption, and ROAS.
  • Use audience feedback and performance data to improve hooks, formats, editing, and product presentation.
  • Contribute to weekly or monthly content reviews and build repeatable local content formats.
  • You do not need to be a media buyer, but you should be comfortable learning from performance data and applying those insights to creative work.

6. Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with Social, Creative, Content Lab, Performance Marketing, DTC, and Product teams.
  • Bring U.S. consumer and cultural insights into campaign planning and product storytelling.
  • Help the team understand what feels natural, relevant, and engaging to American consumers.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in social content, short-form video, branded content, or a related field—or an equivalent portfolio demonstrating consistent content creation.
  • A portfolio showing work that you personally conceived, shot, edited, or wrote. Personal social accounts are welcome but not required.
  • Deep familiarity with U.S. consumer culture, everyday lifestyles, and social media behavior.
  • Practical experience with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and other social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social-native formats, hooks, pacing, captions, trends, audience engagement, and organic distribution.
  • Ability to take content from idea to final output independently.
  • Strong skills in content ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and copywriting.
  • Fluent English communication skills and a natural understanding of U.S. cultural context.
  • Comfortable working on location, initiating conversations with strangers, and adapting to unscripted situations.
  • Willingness to participate in street interviews, local events, creator collaborations, and occasional in-home user interviews.
  • Curious, proactive, resourceful, and willing to experiment.
  • Able to work independently while maintaining a consistent production rhythm.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera is strongly preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with lifestyle, home, DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
  • An active personal content channel or a strong creator portfolio.
  • Experience with user-generated content, creator partnerships, or influencer content.
  • Experience with street interviews, documentary-style content, events, or community activations.
  • Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar editing tools.
  • Experience creating or testing paid social advertising assets.
  • Experience building a social account, content format, or creator channel from zero to one.
  • Experience with photography, lighting, sound, or mobile-first video production.

Why Join Us

You will have the opportunity to shape how a global home brand shows up in American culture.

This role gives you the chance to work close to consumers, explore real-world stories, create content from the ground up, and see how creative ideas perform across both organic social and paid media. If you are curious, hands-on, comfortable in the field, and excited to turn everyday observations into content people want to watch and share, we would love to meet you.
