Leading scalable talent acquisition delivery, the full-time Professional Talent Stream Director will oversee recruiting for corporate and shared services functions, ensuring the organization meets current hiring demands and future workforce priorities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Execute talent acquisition strategy and lead recruiting delivery against hiring demand and quality goals Develop and manage Senior Managers and recruiting teams to drive performance and accountability Serve as a talent advisor to business leaders, providing insights on labor market conditions and hiring risks Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 10 years in talent acquisition or related fields 3+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale recruiting teams through managers Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities Strong data literacy and experience using data to guide recruiting strategy Proven capability to develop talent at all organizational levels
